For more than 50 years, Chicago Children’s Choir has maintained its vision to make high-quality multicultural music programs accessible to every child in Chicago. Today, through our programs in local public schools, Neighborhood Choirs and our world-renowned Concert Choir, the Choir serves more than 2,800 children.

Of the children served, nearly 75% are from low-income homes. In order for these children to have the opportunity to receive the best music education possible, In-School Programs are provided at an affordable rate to nearly 50 schools throughout Chicago and nearly 90% of our Neighborhood Choir singers receive financial aid to make their participation possible. The generosity of individual donors, foundations and corporations gives these children the opportunity to benefit from the discipline and joy that choral music education brings them.

Here are some examples of what your tax-deductible contribution can provide:
› $100 provides sheet music to 10 singers
› $500 provides music education materials for a Chicago Public School
› $1,000 funds 5 music scores for every Concert Choir singer
› $2,500 funds 1 year scholarship for 2 Neighborhood Choir singers
› $6,500 funds 1 year scholarship for 1 Concert Choir singer
› $10,000 funds choral programs for a Chicago Public School lacking music education

With your help, we can shape the future by making a difference in the lives of children and youth through musical excellence.
